Gal Badishi has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a (direct track) Ph.D. from the Technion, in the field of application-level denial of service attacks. He has worked at Sun Microsystems Laboratories and was also an options and stocks trader, while maintaining his independent software business. Gal is Cyvera’s Chief Scientist, teaches information security and computer science courses at the Technion and at Ruppin Academic College, and is also the head of the Information Security Track at the College of Management. Additionally, Gal is a security consultant and an entrepreneur.
